Re: Project servers down?

What happened 1 minute later?

Yes i do get those once in a while and usually it goes away after a wee bit.

A little patience is a virtue as sometimes on the way from your PC to the WCG server a glitch shows up and makes BOINC back off incrementally. Sometimes it needs a bit more encouragement, by selecting the file in the transfer tab and select the retry button.

cheers

Re: Project servers down?

Hello Origin_Unknown,
I have not gotten this message today. So it seems unusual to me.

Re: Project servers down?

It's one of those Mystics.... he can reach the reference site www.google.com and post, but not upload. The WU code is HPF2, but looking up previous posts by the unknown origin member no system info is giving a lead, so maybe by starting to complete the issue report form below would be a start.

Was the suggestion tried of the first response?

Exit BOINC, Boot system, Reload might do the trick in the second instance!

Re: Project servers down?

I just checked both servers and results are flowing into both servers.

What do you get when you visit:

https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/boinc/wcg_cgi/file_upload_handler

You should get the following:

<data_server_reply>
<status>-1</status>
<message>no command</message>
</data_server_reply>
