The muscular dystrophy task always gets stuck at 0.2% and seems to come up everytime I restart the program. I have disabled muscular dystrophy in 'My Projects' enabling only the other 3 but it still comes up everytime.

The HCMD wu's are really big. My little Celeron machine was having a hard time doing them, it usually took 50+ hours to finish one. I unchecked the job for that machine's profile so it won't get hung up on them. If you have a slower machine like mine is, it might be working just fine but no progress shows on the meter. And if you close and re-open the program, maybe it didn't get to the next checkpoint yet. If you want to abort the wu you can go to task manager and abort the wu from there. Then the UD agent should download a new wu based on your profile, not being a HCMD project. I'm not an expert, but hope this helps.

It takes the large MD workunits a while to get going. Because of complaints that it was getting stuck at 0%, the program was jiggered a bit to let it sit at 0.2%.

If you keep restarting a long workunit, the program will probably not get past the first checkpoint, send in work, and download something else. The alternative would to be to abort that workunit. If your profile is ALREADY changed, you should be sent a different project. In the meantime, the current phase of HCMD is wrapping up. Everyone running UD should make sure that they have checked alternate projects in their device manager.
