Thread: Do UD and BOINC Stats Connect? |

I installed BOINC in my machines within the last 24 hours. Stats have not updated in concurence with my UD stats. Do the stats combine? Why so much lag time?

In a nutshell, because opposed to UD where points were given regardless whether the work was valid, on BOINC several copies have to be completed by different computers and need to be bit for bit equal (except HPF2). Until enough copies are back to do the result comparison, no credit is given. Please visit *Help* right hand top button of these pages and the Result Status XYZ FAQ for more info.
----------------------------------------Added: Yes points (In BOINC lingo 'credits') combine *only* on the My Grid statistics page. BOINC credits get multiplied by 7 before being added to the UD points.
