Brand new cruncher,
Fairly new beekeep, Quite experienced beer brewer. (25+years) Next beer project, Wyeast 1056 American Ale 2kg. Pale DME 650g Honey (from my own hives brag brag lol) 1 Tbsp irish moss 15 mins 15 min boil add 30% propolis tincture in lieu of hops when transferring to closed (glass) primary adjust bitterness w/proplolis tincture when bottling cheers and howdy peter |
