We really appreciate the fine delegation you have contributed to Base Camp's Sawyer's Dad trek.  Thank you very much for your stats, adriverhoef. Yes, bluestang who's an Xtreme, proposed 250 years. Perhaps we should make an auction  I think these two treks Base Camp works on right now are so purposeful. While you're here, adri, could you, please, look into this? Good Morning Base Campers! Hi Everyone!
----------------------------------------As we celebrate Thanksgiving here in the United States, I wanted to let you know how thankful I am for your contributions as we crossed 100 years of cancer research processing time. The response was way more than expected, I thought we couldn't reach it, and never thought we would reach it so fast! As we cross 100 years of cancer research processing time, I've been thinking about what this means now - and it all comes back to the fact that my Dad is still fighting cancer. OldChap is still fighting cancer. And there is still a lot of cancer research to be done. Now that we have completed 100 years, why not go for more? I propose a very audacious goal of 1,000 years of cancer research (Mapping Cancer Markers, Smash Childhood Cancer, and the Microbiome Immunity Project) by September 2020. I'm honored to dedicate my team's efforts to my Dad, OldChap, and all those who find themselves unexpectedly on this road. -Sawyer P.S. I understand some of you may have other tasks you want to spend time on, but, if you have a spare moment, you are always welcome here on this journey to 1,000 years! P.P.S. Thank you Captain coolmandude545 On behalf of the present Base Camp crew, those who crunched before Base Camp launched the Sawyer's Dad trek and those who have Base Camped, but have now returned to their home teams, I want to thank you, coolmandude545, for your heartwarming message. For my part, I'm willing to hang in with your team dedicating what little crunching power I have to your Dad, to my friend OldChap, and to - as you wisely say - "all those who find themselves unexpectedly on this road." - which I did myself 16 years ago bluestang proposed 250 years, now you propose 1,000 years - as I said in my post preceding yours: Perhaps we should make an auction I wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving Pies are done Well - well done   |

Business stoneageman, Sphynxx, and sunfolk have returned to their home teams. Thank you for your contribution. It was nice having you  it would be nice to see your again, too.In total Sawyer's Cancer Fighting Network has now collected 141:102:05:10:32 years of runtime. How it breaks down on Sawyer's favorite projects, I'm unfortunately unable to figure out This trek - Sawyer's Dad - followed by Base Camp's OldChap trek are not going to stop in the near future so please join - we have vacant seats around our campfire for you  |

Had the feeding tube fitted yesterday

Very good thinking - and incidentally excellent timing as well according to OldChap's post above this one where he tells he has been readied for the treatment that kicks off Monday and runs 6 weeks - which means January 6, 2020. Let me eccho OldChap: "Thanks to anyone who adds even a day to Sawyer's Team during this time." So, everybody Welcome to Base Camp's OldChap trek Everyone who has been on the payroll Sawyer's Cancer Fighting team up till today will have the Sawyer's Dad badge  Everyone who stays on, returns, or plain joins from this minute will have the OldChap badge  OldChap - stefada said 'Courage' which is as well Britsh as French - we even say it in Denmark  |
