I live in a South American country in which Dengue is a problem. My question is, once this Dr. at UT gets a drug that works and UT gets a patent for it, isn't the drug going to be sold to third world states at high prices as it happens with AIDs drugs? Will I be financing then with my computer's power a business of yours with my people's health?

The results from World Community Grid research are public domain. This means that nobody can patent it.
