Hi all. It almost 10:45 pm. Think I am going to have to go and have a work with neighbour about the hammering and drilling he is doing on party wall.  Just what I need!  Have a work? How nice of you to help him so late in the evening..  Good spot on that typo.  Fortunately, I didn't have to say much and they had the decency to look sheepish when answering the door! Windy, with showers and sunshine, but feeling a little fresher. Oh dear

Evening all
It's been a bit cooler here today but no 'urricanes around 'cause of the wrong starting letter. The walk to the supermarket was much easier than the one yesterday but then I could look forward to a cab back. 'Village' gardening morning tomorrow so that'll be the time for one of the heavy showers forecast. Read a letter in my paper this morning when a guy said he went to three supermarkets trying to get frozen broad beans and was told at each one that they had discontinued stocking them. What's that all about? |
