Thanks Baron, that did the trick. Let me throw another one at you.
Windows Server 2003...I took care of the password thing with it but whenever there is a power outage , then it still requires me to hit ctrl-alt-del to continue with boot. Is there any way to get it to bootup no matter what, without hitting anything?
