I have been with BTInternet for about 13 years now and never even contemplated changing. Yes I have seen all these 'Johnny-come-lately" cheap offers and never contemplated changing.....you get what you pay for, cheap price means cheap service mostly. I have never had an outage or been unable to connect and when I changed from dial-up to ADSL the helpline could not have been more helpful.... cool
