Pessoal, quem perceber que algum dispositivo registrado no WCG nao estiver aparecendo nas paginas de device management ou History ou Results, comenta aqui que informarei o caminho pra solucao. Um abraco atodos ! idea good luck

Pessoal, quem perceber que algum dispositivo registrado no WCG nao estiver aparecendo nas paginas de device management ou History ou Results, comenta aqui que informarei o caminho pra solucao. Um abraco atodos ! idea good luck


Mais novidades a respeito deste gravissimo problema. Aparentemente ainda sem solucao pelo WCG tech team, mesmo apos o nome do dispositivo aparecer finalmente na pagina Device Management, ainda assim todos os resultados retornados, validados, e demais estatisticas como tempo de computacao feito e pontos, nao serao computados retroativamente as estatisticas do colaborador. Isto e um absurdo, e ate parece uma brincadeira, porem e a verdade, infelizmente.

No, that is not true. In post 674853 you can read:
The issues we are aware of but remain unresolved:
  • User progress as shown in the BOINC Manager is not reflected in your My Contribution page. (In progress)
    New devices should now be seen in My Contribution within 24 hours. We are working to add any stats pre-dating the time at which your device was first visible in My Contribution.

    Time Bom Dia !
    Peco desculpas mas tenho que me retratar e corrigir o post mais acima, onde disse que as estatisticas nao seriam computadas no caso de dispositivos que tiveram o problema de nao aparecer por varios dias no device management. Segundo as infoprmacoes prestadas acima por Adriverhoef, ha um post onde esta informacao de que as estatisticas serao corrigidas, foi confirmada pelo WCG e que estao trabalhanmdo no problema para obterem uma solucaop.
    Desta forma fica aqui corrigido o que escrevi, e aguardaremos o WCG publicar as estatisticas corretamente, no futuro.

    For sure, buit it will take a very long time. In my case past a month ann until now nothing happened.
    It´s frustating for all crunchers and need be the high priority need from tech team . Never saw it kind of issue under WCG and IBM tech team.
    Unfortunatelly now it appear be the normal with Krembil.
    Up to tech team solve it asap. coffee
