Re: Random Ramblings

OK, I've set the baseline for non-computer power consumption. I have turned on the dually again to check for increase in power usage. After this 4 day test will turn the dually off and turn on 1 of the quads. If all goes well, will run power up to 150.00 month.(during winter months) right now been using $350.00 month. Will update later.

F crying The desktop fleet will be mothballed till the electric bill comes way down.(I pay a flat rate per month of $ 210.00 and the actual bill is around $320.00 Ave.for the last 3; I need to make up the difference before march. sad So the tablets will have to suffice. Re: Random Ramblings

Afternoon all,

Serious Crunchers website will be back online in about a week friends from afar. I need that time to finish the testing of importing our old forum to a new.

By way of better explanation as to why SC was taken down, it goes thus.

Botnet activity had become too much for me to handle using our current unsupported forum software which has been partly hijacked three times in as many months, resulting in members being harassed so I took the thing offline.

As I say, all will be fresh as a daisy in a week or less. biggrin

Cheers all. good luck
