All websites from the Internet open normally in my browser, but http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/.
 Extra info: My PC is working perfectly. No problems with W.C.G. W.U.'s. Internet connection speed is broadband, my PC - a 2@quad Intel processor and Intel motherboard. All drivers are updated. DNS is fine, all Internet connection is fine. http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/ simply won't open, but as a cache page. If anyone had this same problem solved, please, give me a hint. Tks. |

It is working fine. If you see a cached page, refresh by pressing Ctrl+F5.

For me, it still brings up that web page, with or without a refresh, but those two links on that web page still fail to do anything noticeable.

Just tried the link provided in top post and get instantaneous gratification in form of a Result Status page listing. This is both using the FFX and IE8 rendering engine. The FightAIDS@Home site too works immediately.
----------------------------------------Added: The FA@H links to the newsletters are opening to PDF documents. FFX now has an accilerator. For others the loading of Adobe reader can take a long time or fail, but thats a client side problem. Others use a slimmed down alternate to the Adobe Reader bloatware which can be very slow to load.

I just tried that web page again, at:
----------------------------------------https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyMemberPage.do The System Requirements and Points System links failed to do anything when I clecked on them; The Member Policy links went somewhere, but that link failed until I tried the Alt-F5 fix. Then the Member Policy link worked but the other two still failed. IE8 version 6.0.6001.18813 under 64-bit Vista Home Premium SP2.
