We have updated AutoDock to handle a larger number of atom types. This was not an issue for this project, but we wanted to have the versions of AutoDock to be consistent. The Fight AIDS at Home, and Help Fight Childhood Cancer projects also use this software. Users may notice that a new version of the AutoDock code is sent to their machine the next time they receive one of these work units. This should normally be just a one time occurrence.
