Quite a few projects will finish before FAAH because latter is split in experiments and scheduled to continue through 2011

Re: Will fightaids@home be the next to be finished?

mariokonrad,

I'd suggest keeping an eye on the excellent charts Sekerob produces, as, on the first one, there is an estimated completion date for each project.

Obviously, all estimated completion dates are just that - estimates, due to there being so many different variables to take into consideration. A few recent of which, have been;
- lack of disc space for the results we're generating,
- hurricanes (e.g., Ike),
- extra funding - and thus, extra experiments for a particular project,
- and new projects launching on WCG etc. to name but a few.

Edit:

Currently, as of this edit, the order is;
- Discovering Dengue Drugs - Together Mar 2010
- Nutritious Rice for the World Apr 2010
- The Clean Energy Project Dec 2010
- Help Fight Childhood Cancer Feb 2011
- FightAIDS@Home Dec 2011
- Human Proteome Folding - Phase 2 Dec 2011
- Help Conquer Cancer 2013
- Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy - Phase 2 Unknown
- Influenza Antiviral Drug Search Unknown

Re: Will fightaids@home be the next to be finished?

mariokonrad,
If your original question is related to badges you might want to privilege the DDDT and CEP projects. These projects are not close to their end but they will have a phase 2 like several other projects, and the current policy regarding badges is to have different badges for each phase of a project... wink

Happy crunching. Jean.
