Aspies of the World reborn (I hope)

I'm willing to bet that a pretty sizable chunk of the people who contribute to WCG are somewhere on the autistic spectrum, at the "high functioning" end of it. Wouldn't you feel more at home in a team of your fellow "Aspies" than some national or corporate team that probably doesn't even share your perceptions or perspective? There IS such a team: Aspies of the World. No arbitrary borders, no occupations, no politics define us!

This team languished under its original founder, who AFAIK didn't promote it, didn't keep in touch with team members, and didn't even allow himself to be contacted; what can I say, he was a true Aspie, I guess? After WCG's attempts to contact him failed, they assigned me as the new team captain. There are only three active team members now, and I'd like to see the team become more dynamic and not die a slow death. Won't you consider joining our team and help our efforts to conquer the world as well as cancer and hunger?
