I thought the badges could use a little polish.
![]() ![]() Here are the small ones, compared to the originals: ![]() And the originals: ![]() And here's a few large examples: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If anyone uses these images (and you are most welcome to do so) please respect a few rules: don't use more than one of the medium or large images in a signature; don't steal my bandwidth (the images are hosted courtesy of UserFriendly.Org, and I don't want to abuse that); if you use lots of small badges in a signature, composite them into a single image so that pages load quickly. Thanks! |

I've pointed some team mates to this great rendition. Is it okay for them to copy/host them using their bandwidth, with credits of course?

Yes, yes, it's all in the small print :-)

Nice polish job!
----------------------------------------![]() Why not use them as the new originals and make you 'head of badge design'? I guess nobody would mind having these on the forum (the small ones of course). Or are they a lot bigger in filesize? ![]() |

Glad you like them!
I haven't tried compressing them, but I expect they're not so different. I provided the uncompressed ones to avoid losing quality with multiple lossy compressions. Even the uncompressed files are hardly bigger than the originals - tiny icons don't compress well. I would love for them to be used as the new originals. |

Great job! Badge value has gone up bij 100%
Is it possible to compress all the badges into a zip file, and make the zip file public? It's easier to download and use them with your own imagehoster that way. Should take care of the bandwidth problem I suppose ![]() |

I can put the badge pictures on my web-hotel, I don't pay for the bandwidth.

This is working just fine.
----------------------------------------Here is an exampel for how the 28x28 badges in use in a signature http://www.finnfremforum.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=244 I think that was the best size for use in signatures.... |
