Your port 80 is fine (first line) but SSL/port 443 seems closed, something WCG requires to be open.

Next time we'll set some extra log flags in the cc_config.xml to get more detail.

In that case, uninstall and reinstall with WCG 6.2.28, service, all users, to see it's moving.

6.6.38 is really not considered stable release. Too many reports of trouble on the developers forum.

You wont, as the data_dir content will be handed over. Just make sure that the data path on reinstall points to the same directory. The current one is:

PS, before doing the reinstall, unplug the internet and make sure you see the results etc in the BOINC Manager before plugging the internet cable back in.
