We're also a global team and from years of experience, I can tell you that, while it is possible to build a great team, it will take persistence and LOTS of patience. Communicating with other users here is all but impossible, unlike other DC projects. With WCG's "load and forget" approach, you are at pretty much at the mercy of users stumbling across the forums, then finding the Teams forum, then finding your team thread and then deciding that they want to join. I don't mean to discourage you but like I said, persistence and LOTS of patience! Good luck!
