Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

Adios my dear SCC I get back to MCM ....but longing for you to come back soon!

I'm on the dregs of my SCC WUs - less than a dozen left, so will be gone in less than a couple hours :( Was hoping to hit silver before it dried up, but I think that'll have to wait until it's back!

Onto MIP for a bit now (alongside the devices already on MCM) to get some real runtime and badges in there too biggrin .

Boy have I missed WCG! It's good to be back after a rather extended absence :) Now just need to look at getting some more cheap(ish) machines (I'm thinking androids - low purchase and running cost) to get even more hours rolling in over the next few months!

Chris

Well, in about 6 days, 2 machines I accidentally removed from the cloud will cause almost 800 SCC workunits to be sent again. Maybe you'll get some of those ;)

Yikes!! That must be a bit of a blow :( Fingers crossed I'll get some then biggrin I should only need maximum a day of computing to get there, so won't need too many WUs!!

I had already hit 5 years a while before that so it's fine. I do wish I hadn't made that mistake lol

Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

Still crunching SCC - about 350 remaining. That will take me over the 3 years, so will have to wait to go for Diamond.

Meanwhile, I will be going 50/50 ARP/MCM until OPN gets started. I am 2 or 3 months from Sapphire on ARP and 17 months from 20 years on MCM with my 8 threads.

Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

The OPN project started today so i will be switching pretty much 100% over to that project. At least for right now, I think it's has priority over other projects. I still have SCC selected (it's currently paused) just to be ready when it comes back. Luck to all !

Re: What Projects are you crunching here at WCG

Waiting for MCM and MIP to dry up on my devices then switching purely to OPN for a little while whilst things get off the ground and the situation is so imminent still. Looking forward to a good crunch at OPN, but in a sense, the sooner it's over, the better (as hopefully that would mean advancement towards a cure/vaccine). Equally looking forward to crunching the other projects when that time comes again :)
