Exit code 210

I have 3 of these:

core_client_version>6.10.36</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
The signal handler cannot be set. (0xd2) - exit code 210 (0xd2)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
diagnostics_init_unhandled_exception_monitor(): Creating hExceptionMonitorThread failed, errno 22
WARNING: BOINC Windows Runtime Debugger has been disabled.
start_timer_thread(): CreateThread() failed, errno 22
[ERROR] Initializing BOINC failed. BOINC error: 22: Error 22

</stderr_txt>
]]>

What, if anything, do I need to check?

Re: Exit code 210

Check your virtual memory settings and the amount of ram on your machine. Due to the high virtual memory on this project, I would image that was the issue.

Re: Exit code 210

4GB RAM and a 4GB pagefile should be enough, shoudn't it? It didn't have any trouble with the 24+ hour A units.

Re: Exit code 210

yes, that should be enough, the type A would have been the difficult ones. But if you had other applications open that could have caused the issue, along with multiple work units at once. I'm guessing you were the only one to encounter this issue on that work unit?

Re: Exit code 210

The others are still outstanding. These didn't even get 1 second in to the process.

In this case, please provide the WU names so that the techs can have a look into them smile
