been getting these two error messages randomly; not sure if the back room has been notified already.
mvnForum Fatal Error Message : Cannot init system. Reason : Assertion in ForumUserServlet. The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. |

We are working on this. A fixpack for WebSphere that we installed a couple of months ago is the cause. We are currently working on deploying a new fixpack that fixes the problem.

Only in the IT world do you need a fix for a fix. Do you really believe that?I tend to think that the main difference between the IT world and other domains of activity is that delivering fixes in the IT world is easier and it's more common to do it. In other domains you are told it's working fine and you don't use it correctly, or you learn how to live with it, or you scrap it and buy what you hope to be a better one. ![]() |
