Today I had a horrible day in many ways. First I had my car on the annual service and also I asked them to have a look at some noise that I heard when turning the steering wheel.

To make a long story short they took equivalent of $340 for the service and for troubleshooting the noise. Then, it turned out that the noise was leaking servo oil so some kind of servo transmission thing has to be changed and then balanced. Unfortunately this is a vey time demanding job and therefore they want $1100 just for the work and then a new servo thingy part costs around $1746.

So a total of almost $3200 is the service bill for my car this year. Also in a couple of month the car is due for the annual car inspection which costs around $50 IF the car passes...

But the horror does not end there... I was riding my bike to the car service to get the car and managed to break the pedal on it, then of course I dropped my phone in the asphalt...

Really not my day today. And where will I get $3200 is a good question, lol. I have a job interview on friday, hopefully I'll get a job as a result...

Yep Chris, the bear got me. I have been in contact with my insurance company. Hopefully they'll accept this as covered by the insurance. I thought that they covered these things up to an age of five years on the car but luckily I had some extra insurance package and in my papers it says up to eight years of age should be ok.

They asked for a cost estimate at least so the car workshop is having a look into that and will be talking to the insurance company. Now I can only keep my fingers crossed. By the end of next week I should get an answer.

Ok, but I've got to get this out of my head for the moment at least since my job interview starts in 11 hours and I really should get some sleep before that, given that the time is 11PM now. Don't know how I will fall asleep with all this in my head but I'll have to give it a good try.

Yep I think that the interview went ok at least. They will now have a look at my profile and CV to check against a few possible job opportunities at different companies. Only, then when the companies have decided which applicants they are interested in they will call them to an interview of their own.

Anyway, the recruitment company that interviewed me on friday promised to get back to me by the end of this week.

Man, I am so jealous at people that already have a job right now :)
