However it would not help explain sudden (major or minor) changes to any given members signature ranking. If both could be added that would be even better. What does the red ! behind [Gold] mean in my signature? It indicates that you're "at risk"of reverting back a grade if a new project is launched. Currently Gold globes require 90 days x 22 projects = 1980 RT days You have 2,056. If a new project were launched the requirement would rise to 90 x 23 = 2,070. So you need 14 more RT days before the ! disappears.
