Please save the file first to disk rather than trying to install directly from the temp directory. When the download is complete, find the file in explorer and right click, then choose to install as administrator.

just curious, are you logged in as a local administrator on this computer? I assume you mean my computer, not the computer hosting this forum? I'm as much of an administrator as you can be in Win7. Please save the file first to disk rather than trying to install directly from the temp directory. If you note the screen capture, I was trying to save it to disk from this webhost. I tried several times over about 15 minutes and always got the failure that's the subject of this thread. Since I started this thread I have been successful. Certainly I just did what pramo did and had no issue. Do a disk clean running cleanmgr.exe and see how much space is eaten by what's in your temp dirs.
