Are you aware you are spoiled, Dan Holtz?
Thought you would like to see these by the Danish Air Force photographers anyway: The Thunderbirds at Karup AB June 15, 2011 ![]() |

After 27 years of watching jets I have to admit it is not quite as exciting as it used to be. The fire station is right next to the runway so it is a bit loud throughout the day at work. It is nice to go home to a quieter area. They are still fun to watch when they are doing the dogfights over the range.
Thanks for the pictures, I enjoyed looking at them. Since we are not a major base here we do not get the Thunderbirds or an air show at our base. I saw the Thunderbirds many times when I was stationed at other bases. You never seem to get tired of watching their acrobatics. ![]() |

I put up a message on joypipe's Facebook 13 hours ago - and now 0519 my time 2119 your time I think - e-mailed him to alert him that ![]() If you have other means of contacting him, please do, Dan Holtz ![]() |

Thanks little mermaid. I saw that he had been logged in and hopefully has the problem solved. I have not had any problems myself as of yet.

Have to scale back my operations, the electric bill is killing me almost as bad as the outside temperatures. We just hit 118F/47.7C and all our days for a couple of weeks have been 110F+/43C+. Looks like monsoon season may start here soon so the temps will drop a couple of degrees for a bit.

118F - that's unbelievable.
----------------------------------------Do you have any kind of insulation of your homes in your area, Dan Holtz? Sure hope for some cooler conditions for you, but I suppose it's just the wrong time of the year for that ... joypipe.net is being attacked once more. Have alerted Joypipe on Facebook and by e-mail. To begin with it was "just" a program wanting to install itself on each click, but now it must have grown into some monster, because my browser (IE8) went red all over the place and more or less rushed me out - and I did run - scary! Never saw that before ... ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 10, 2011 2:35:23 PM] |

Joypipe is clean now. He did some more cleaning and is monitoring the situation a little closer now.
We don't have much insuation in the home, we just use fans alot. One of these days we are going to get an air conditioner for the days that it gets above 105F. The inside temps only get to 110 on the hottest days so it's not that bad. Mouth hanging open yet? All in fun, we are well insulated and the A/C unit comes on around April and will not shut off until end of October when the temps drop down into the mid 80s for the winter. On the positive side we usually make it through the whole winter without having to use the heater more than a couple of times at night. |

Being terribly gullible: Yes, that jaw dropped, Dan Holtz
... one never knows how hot the Holtzes can take it ![]() ![]() - if only there were more business there - and I'm not thinking of the offers of plumbing supplies and Asian women that the fake advertising dreamed up ![]() |

I tried ordering up one of the Asian women but nothing in the mail yet.
