I'm not too knowledgeable on grid computing, so perhaps you can help me understand something.

What is the difference between fightaids@home and rosetta@home?

Re: coming back to FAAH

Rosetta is about the way proteins interact with other molecules, or fold in 3D space. The target is to better understand how proteins work put it simply. This knowledge will contribute to find ways to fight against human diseases. So Rosetta is more general global or fundamental approach, that does indirectly also contribute to the body of knowledge that can be useful to fight aids. But it is not targeted specifically towards aids.

FA@H on the other hand is specifically targeted to aids. Here are two links that can give you a start on FA@H. smile
