Too late?

I've seen similar messages under HFCC, but none here.
How do I, as the first copy, get nicked for being too late when mine was returned before the 3rd copy?

Re: Too late?

pirogue, there must be more than meets the eye here - as, if I'm reading those dates correctly, they were all returned on the 19th of January (i.e., just under 2.5 months ago).

Did any of them go Inconclusive, if so, which one. Also, it may be that, this particular WU was one of the last stragglers from a DDDT2 batch that the techs were wanting to clear out - and thus, sent a third copy with a shorter delay.

Still though, as to why your's was classed as Too Late, I don't know...

Re: Too late?

Oops. I didn't realize it was that old. I wasn't paying attention to the date. I just noticed it when I ran an update on my stats program. I'm not sure why I hadn't noticed it before.

In any case, mine was returned ~5 minutes prior to the third copy being sent.

Re: Too late?

This was a case of where they were indeed sending out three copies. Instead of marking it "server aborted" they used to say too late. This has since been changed.

But, on a semi-related note, there are still tons of results for DDDT2 from January that haven't been purged. It's looking like this is going to require manual intervention.

Looking further at your specific result, it appears that yours was probably inconclusive and subsequently marked invalid, since the third result wasn't sent until yours was returned. Maybe they were marking "too late" on all sorts of messages instead of what it should have been.
