folding@home GPU

Hello WCG,
I installed folding@home GPU. The GPU program only uses 50% of the CPU cores. I want to install Boinc on this computer. Will their be any problems with this?

Re: folding@home GPU

Hello wolf 359,
No problem that I have ever heard of. You will want to edit the default profile though. Leave Application in Memory when Suspended - yes, run on no more than 40% of cores (just an example), run 100 % of time (I am sure you have good cooling), use no more than 70% of RAM. These are a few changes I recommend.

Also, use Task Manager or equivalent to see if you need to reduce the number of WCG projects running.

Tell us how it goes!
