Re: The "Say No To Schistosoma" Crunching Chart

Well, just a few days of Schistosoma crunching and the prefs profilers and regulars have pulled the science into second spot for WCG share http://bit.ly/WCGQLK with a projection of 67-70 years for today. Already running a 7 day mean of 41 years computed http://bit.ly/WCGSHR , and the silent launch has kept the new arrivals away from WCG to add. PR date not known to me.

I think that the launch was informed in 29 Feb ?

Re: The "Say No To Schistosoma" Crunching Chart

After a period of AAA, AAB, AAC tasks, receiving a string now with A37114 again as we did in the startup days.

Crunch On.

Re: The "Say No To Schistosoma" Crunching Chart

From what I can tell this project creates derivative tasks similar to the DDDT2 process. I know the A37114 tasks ran for a really really long time on my systems while the AAA, AAB, etc were a couple to a few hours long. Hence the suspicion of the DDDT A, B, C structure.

Howdy,

I have some starting with AAF, so does that mean that we have F phase ? ( I donth think so ). Or is is so that multiple AAx are part of the "bigger" AAA, AAB, or AAC structure ?

Hopefully the scientists can have this kind of information updated somewhere :-)

FTM would not go further than A & B. Maybe the PI, Carlos Muskus, could give us a little insight.

Hi,

The year 2012 was reduced to 2 digits.

Re: The "Say No To Schistosoma" Crunching Chart

Hmmmm...lots more to the chart than at first glance. Thanks!

Great charts smile

I still wonder one thing: The chart has 1400 years mentioned for the run time but the status at the project page says:

Say No to Schistosoma Project Statistics
Statistics Last Updated: 27.3.2012 12:06:02 (UTC) [1 hour(s) ago]
Totals:
Run Time (y:d:h:m:s) 1569:084:05:46:02
Points Generated 2,098,863,603
Results Returned 2,327,848

I know that the project data is updated twice a day and the chart not so often maybe but is the gap too big ? ( meaning that something is not updating itself in the right way ?)

Re: The "Say No To Schistosoma" Crunching Chart

Hi,

Don't know. The print date at left bottom says Mar.23-12 00:06 UTC, which was the last time the performance charts were uploaded. Maybe bigger print in a more prominent spot will help to remove this misunderstanding... similar to the WCG pages: "Last Updated: Mar.23'12 00:06 UTC)", but then I don't know where to fit it on the charts. Got a suggestion?
