Been seeing this too over the past hour or so. Some requests and uploads have gone through during this time as well. It may in fact be some sort of maintenance or something that runs around this time that may be having a problem. In either case, I'd just give it some time. If it really is maintenance, it will complete. If it's some sort of problem with the servers or some server task, I wouldn't be surprised to find the admins already know about it. They do seem to have the servers well monitored (automated) where they get notified when something is not well.

Web site is very slow, times out approx 20%, ANY database access is slow, 1 in 3 request are normalish, uploads 80% ok but timeing out other 20%, retrys go

Well , my uploads are still timing out and even the forum is extremely slow.
The downloads of new jobs seems to be fine but the uploads are sticking and having to retry 2 or 3 times before they go through. It's not my connection because all other web sites are same as ever. I wonder if the increased volume (x4) from the cfsw jobs are too much for the server ?  If so then look out if they ever start up GPU jobs !  |

The website is painfully slow and boinc takes a while longer to report tasks.

The issue is occurring again and we are working with the hosting group on the issue. In fact the issue only disappeared for three hours before re-occurring and it has gradually been getting worse.
