My computer has been happily crunching HCC GPU work units and then last night I stopped receiving them. I am now only receiving HCC CPU work units and my buffer of (nvidia_hcc1) work units is dwindling quickly to zero. The “My Projects” and “Device Profiles” settings are all set to accept GPU work units. I noticed in my event log that when fetching work, it now says “requesting new tasks for CPU” whereas before it used to say “requesting new tasks for CPU and NVIDIA”. How do I get new GPU work units? BOINC ver 7.0.28. I detached and reattached WCG from BOINC and still have the same problem.

did you try to switch the Allow cpu/GPU button status twice? one time to status how you dont want it and then switch all back how you want it really. perhaps something changed what you didnt see.

Thanks for the tip! I did what you suggested and oddly enough, it's working now and I have new nvidia_hcc1 units to munch on! :-)
