I've noticed wcg being very slow to load pages, and I'm getting http errors on uploads again like in September. This has been true the past several consecutive nights, and web page slowdowns seem to be true during much of the day as well compared to other sites. Tonight I also received a "Failure when receiving data from the peer" in response to a scheduler request.

I'm also seeing "project down for maintenance" messages that disappear and reappear so quickly, and at such an hour, that I'm wondering if there is still or again some automated throttling going on?

Am I in an alternate universe or is anyone else seeing similar behavior?
