I saw an indication that my listed email address was listed wrong in my Profile.
----------------------------------------I tried to send myself a test message by clicking on the listed email address in the Profile. The address looks good, but I have not received the test email. I can't find a method of reentering the address. Either there is a non-print character in the Profile's address or you have a problem sending out email. I was beginning to wonder why I had not been getting email notices concerning new posts to my watched threads. I think the first step is reentering the email address. FYI - my address is w a b e a r d 6 5 9 6@yahoo.com less the spaces. Thanks for the assist.   O/S -LinuxMint 64-bit, Release 13 (maya). Don't know.(Non print chars are spaces for instance at start and end) Position cursor in email address field and hit the End button. Then hold Shift key and hit Home key. Hit Delete and reenter email address.

I did receive a World Community Grid Forum Summary for Gandalf_PCHF email. That is the only email that I have been receiving from WCG. hmmmm, you're giving the link to the forum profile, *not* the My Grid > My Profile where one enters account and team email addresses ;>)

I must have flushed the buffer when I reentered my email address. My email account received all my back test emails.

I'll wait until I start receiving posting notices before I close this thread, but thanks for the assist. Followup... The test email sent after the reentry of my email address has not been delivered. If the act of reentering the address might have flushed an email buffer, I think there is something wrong with your email buffer or whatever you want to call it. I have sent you a test e-mail (the address as shown in your post above seemed ok) and don't forget WCG does not have an e-mail buffer to go wrong, it is the 'senders' own e-mail generator that is triggered and sends the e-mail, not WCG
