Hi All UK Crunchers
----------------------------------------I'm new here, it has been mentioned that I could have joined one of the many existing UK teams. This got me thinking, so I did a search and there are almost 800 uk based teams. Many of whom are doing some serious crunching! Just think of the numbers if we all came together into one UK Super team???? I propose we start a new team for UK based crunchers and relocate into one serious crunching team to rival the biggest and best. Look at some of the numbers from teams like mine - Team Mamajuanauk and others - UK, Boinc UK, Look at this list http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/team/viewSe...er=0&countryFilter=GB I suggest a new team to avoid any loyalties issues, but have no issues with all moving to an already existing one. What do you think?

From a strictly personal standpoint I would point out that no United Kingdom based team - apart from your own and the existing UK team - currently has a presence in the forum. The UK team already has in it's opening thread post We need to consolidate the UK teams into one place and I would ask all UK members to come and join us.
----------------------------------------The invite to join us that I extended when you were browsing the UK thread, later reiterated by crooks_uk, still stands. Though I see in your response to the latter you said Thanks for the invite, but I like small thanks... Whilst a new super team might have some merit, those WCG members who do not participate in the forum or in their team, would be left in limbo.
