18 more subs to get to 100-54, then what :?

Once the DSFL_00100* batches finish, there will be additional DSFL_X## batches (such as DSFL_X01_*). The ligands for these targets are the same as the previous targets, so batches for each target will still run from DSFL_X##_0000000 to DSFL_X##_0000057. Currently targets X01 to X19 have been generated but there will likely be more generated beyond X19.

Thanks for the update. Any idea of approx estimated time left according to current processing rate ?

Re: Temporary slow down for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis

Excellent - thanks for the update seippel.

Personally, I was hoping that there'd be more to do - as;
a) this project was severely cut back in the early days,
b) it'll provide some choice of projects for people to crunch whilst SN2S is out of action/a new project is being worked on, and,
c) I need all the extra time these new ligands will give, so as to provide me with breathing space for me to reach Emerald.

Re: Temporary slow down for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis

Any word what these extra calculations mean from the science perspective? Did some good candidates come up or is thus just the processing power is out there so we might as well use it while it's there?

Re: Temporary slow down for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis

Currently getting DSFL_00100-52 targets.
So according to current processing rate of ~3 targets per day and assuming no significant amount of new work will be generated, am I right to think there might be ~7 days of new work remaining?

Re: Temporary slow down for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis

Well, we're now onto the DSFL_X01 range...

Re: Temporary slow down for Drug Search for Leishmaniasis

Think its hard to say. Saying we do 3 a day we should reach x19 by tuesday. But more can be expected. Currently feeder still got 2 day work buffer.
