I didn,t realise you only started in 2012 congrats on a great performance and well done for obtaining another 100yr badge in the next few days.

No wonder the National Grid is under so much strain your house must be glowing red with the heat output.

LoL, the strain on the National Grid will be getting alot worse as UK team members add more crunching power nice one team.

Good morning team,

Congrats Thargor. Not long to go now!

I had been running the new laptops at 100% whilst I configured them but have now reduced this to 50% to keep temperatures and noise in check. Both will be running 24/7!

I've just ordered a Raspberry Pi 2... 4 more cores for the cause - although only grid applications that will run on ARM, which I think is FAAH and OET ???

I think its only FAAH tbh, they say OET has ARM but my phone has never picked up a single unit that I've noticed.

I'd be keen to know how you get on with it, as I saw them advertised and would quite like to invest in them for BOINC, the only problen I can forsee, is that the Pi2 only has 1GB RAM, and FAAH suggests minimum of 250MB RAM per unit, so after taking into account the OS, may only run properly on 3 cores instead of 4, but thats not a bigdeal for the price really. Keep us updated =)
