I'm seeing some interesting changes to the CEP2 work units. Some are now completing really quickly, whereas others are taking over 12 hours on my fastest "Devil's Canyon" i7 cruncher. Irritatingly, some are failing after more than 10 hours processing

Morning all, and welcome to the team jamie1974. If you're reading this, you'll appear on my stats page once you've submitted some results as a team member, but it looks like you've already got a nice set of badges.
----------------------------------------I've just hit 25 years of runtime. I never thought I'd get that far when I first signed up in 2009.

Thanks, and I will, I've just renewed the WSI server for another 6 months! ![]() I'm planning a gaming-PC rebuild, at some point later in the year, so should get then be able to re-purpose my current gaming-PC into something that I can leave grid-computing 24/7 at home. ![]() |

Good Morning Team.
----------------------------------------A bright shiny (after the rain) day here in Santa Cruz. More road building last night but not too much noise. We are waiting for the kerb stones to complete our section. Since switching back to 100% OET my average has leapt to nearly 11,200 and I'm up to 111 Gflops performance. Lets see what the next couple of days bring and I may head back to FAH2 to complete my Diamond 5 before trying to get the Diamond 20 for OET. I guess that my run time / project (currently 3.67 years) will drop back when HST arrives. Does anyone know what HST stands for (I guess it could be Human Stem cell but it could also be High Speed Train ![]()

I haven't heard anything of HST. Are there any details in a forum or anything?
----------------------------------------Not a good day for runtime. I've had to reduce the number of units running on my main cruncher, to try to stop CEP2 units timing out. On top of that, I noticed that my four cores on the Microsoft Azure platform ran out of credit 3.5 weeks into the month (I think Microsoft have changed their charging structure), so they've temporarily switched off. Still, I've only got 130 days of runtime to go to reach my Diamond 5, and then I switch to MCM, which is much more predictable. Thanks for the congratulations Apis T.
