- I logged into my WCG account.
- I went to Device Manager. - I selected "Default" profile to edit. - I selected "Custom", to replace "Maximum". - l edited a few items, then selected "Save". - I went back to Device Manager. - I selected "Default" profile to review/"edit". - I noticed "Maximum" was still selected, not "Custom". - I selected "Custom". - The edited items were persistent from my previous editing. I repeated all the above with a "Work" profile, same results. |

I got the same problem a few days ago. I solved it by saving first with standard settings, then coming back and choosing custom profile, then I saved, and the custom profile was kept.
----------------------------------------Hope this can help. Edit to correct: this is not working Well, forget about that, i tested it again today and it does not work  . I should have test before updating the forum.
