I did not see this in the FAQ or on the "Results Status" page.
Question: Is there a maximum time window in the query on the Results Status page? I stopped updates for a bit to allow my queue to run out, and to see if the "fail" errors I was seeing had cleared up. It appears the last transfer (according to the history window) was on the 14th. However when I go to results, there is no info at all. I tried this with both IE and Firefox, just to make sure a script was not being blocked, and WCG is trusted. Should I be seeing results? Or does the system not go back more than a week or so. Thanks! -Mike |

There is no set limit for the time completed WUs can be seen in Result Status. To keep storage requirements to a manageable level, as soon as a batch of work is substantially complete the results are uploaded to the project scientists and space cleared for the next batch.
