Items on the new website rapidly change their locations as other elements load over a 6-second timeframe, making it cumbersome to navigate on a mobile device (iPhone, iPad) as taps meant for one link almost always accidentally select a different link

The problem appears to be the new coloured 'banners' and headings at the top. Maybe they should be forced to download first?
