We would like to invite everybody to join our Research Support Coin team.
----------------------------------------The Research Support Coin (RSC) is a Ripple-based currency, which we've created to reward people for donating their computing power to grid computing research projects (for now, only World Community Grid is supported). We have decided to create RSC when Ripple Labs announced that they are closing the Computing for Good giveaway, because we really liked the idea and we believe something like this should exist. We also believe that we can bring more people to WCG and other grid computing research projects by this initiative. Of course, this currency doesn't have any value yet, so right now is more for fun rather than to earn real money :) You need to have Ripple wallet to get RSCs. Yet another scam coin like WCGCoin I suppose. I suppose in order to get these people have to open up a trustline to you, right?

I would suggest that if you want to establish credibility with this community you need to approach WCG and gain their approval as an "official" partner.

Yet another scam coin like WCGCoin I suppose. I suppose in order to get these people have to open up a trustline to you, right? The WCGcoin was a disappointment also for us and of course it put projects like this into a bad light. Only time will show that we mean it well. Yes, people have to open a trust line. There is no other way how to make transactions in other currency than XRP. So why aren't you posting this on the other XRP forums? The Research Suppport Coin has been announced also on the Ripple forum. It has not been deleted and we were not banned. I haven't seen any announcement from WCG regarding "Partner" status. Is the management review still pending or was the answer "No"? |
