Has anybody seen any super long WU for FAHV research? Normally they take between 3-5 hours, but these 3 have been took over 20 hours. I checked and verify that the last time a checkpoint was obtain and the current runtime is relatively small, so it means that work is still progressing. All 3 WUs were obtain at roughly the same time (8:47am tucson time on 8-27)

Yes, reported same in other thread as well. They completed about 12.5-14.5 hours, about 5-6 times longer than the previous sets. Don't want these to come to the tablet as that predicts 60+ hours runtime, a hands down guarantee to see one or more fail with a signal 11.

I've stopped running AIDS on one of my computers for just this reason. And Cancer WUs are much better.

I'm almost to the point of shutting down WCG until they come with decent-sized WUs for the current projects or some new projects that have reasonable run times. How would you define a reasonable range of run times ? Cheers

Right now I have one long running wu on one of my android devices. 42% completed and 33hrs runtime. But long running is relative on this devices. Shortest is something around 5 hrs but usually it is around 12 to 15 hrs. That is ok for me because all my android devices are up and running 24/7.
----------------------------------------Edit: The wu mentioned above is now finished. Runtime: 88 hrs. It is in pending validation state because others have errors and I'm the first who returned successfully. But I should mention that this device might be my slowest. It's a Galaxy S2.
