@fuzzydice555

Just how big can a heatsink be for that board without interfering with adjacent packages?

I was just looking at offerings from my local supplier:

Re: XtremeSystems Campsite

Usually, a couple of posts here is all it takes.

Maybe this time not so much.

Re: XtremeSystems Campsite

Open to ideas here

ISP sent new router to go with speed upgrade

After the changeover I seem to be on the same IP so presumably nothing changed at their end (it took only moments to change)

I only use this router in modem mode so effectively it is modem for modem swap.

A small number of connections (the older speedtest for example) can hit 200Mb down but open multiple connections and it is like using a cheap home router in that it cannot cope with a large number of connections and only reaches around 30-40Mb.

In view of the fact that it is the only change can you think of any other reason than it being a POS

You Likely solved this by now OC. just in case here is my inputs:

1- Your ISP has not changed your account parameters on its server and your still being limited to the older limits

2- Check bandwidth allocation settings for your Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5.0 and insure they are maxed out. Some modem may also have bandwidth limit option settings for hard wire lines.
