Huh ?

Just a little weird. Doesn't happen very often. Just wonder if it happens to the wingman very often.

Cheers

Re: Huh ?

Given the blue background, it must be yours to have been sledgehammered as outlier. It's really the specific pairings. Different devices seem to be in different 'historic credit averaging cycles'.

Sadly, even the simplest of consistency fixes across the different sciences are seemingly too much for the technicians to apply, something which should not take more than an afternoon. I'm talking about the outlier rule having been taken out for the more recent sciences such as mcm and ugm. No matter what, just the average of the 2 that establish the quorum. The outlier rule aggravates disparities within the 'credit new' system. No rocket science needed to see this, knreed saw this, hence the policy change that did not get backported for whatever reason, permanently on the push the problem forward and thoroughly ignore the volunteer. Pure aloofness.

Re: Huh ?

Yes, I was the one who was sledgehammered. This machine consistently grabs in the 20 to 25 points per hour range, so this was a little surprising. The bottom line however is the unit finished and validated. The points are interesting from a statistical point of view and make me curious as to why this occurs, but I am not too worried about it.

Re: Huh ?

From a dual core system that had not been on since oct. 01, returning it's first 2 fahv results, one taking 6 hours, a zero redundant and the other just 2, quorum 2.

Why the 'claim' of 124.4, insert some french, but the credit sum was divvied up in this case, no outlier hammering. The last 2 at end of september included one of those monsters, with pitiful hourly credit, like 3. Maybe the long term memory kicked in for some artificial intelligence revenge smile

Re: Huh ?

Your educated guess is probably much better than mine on why this happens, as I can see no rhyme, reason, sense or pattern to this matter. smile
