Are any of you starting to run into the summertime heat issues already? We've had some rather warm weather here and have just gotten back down to more normal temps for May. Winter was the same way. Extra cold back in November with a rather warm start to 2015.

Are any of you starting to run into the summertime heat issues already? We've had some rather warm weather here and have just gotten back down to more normal temps for May. Winter was the same way. Extra cold back in November with a rather warm start to 2015. I shut down two machines due to upcoming heat although lately that has not been a problem (Noah said for me to tell everyone "Hi"). I gave One I7 machine and one Atom machine away. I had two more down (both I7s) due to a windows update and my in-attention. Sorry about that. So now I am back at full song albeit with two fewer engines. Edit: I have one of the I7s on Windows 10. It is lots better than Windows 8 or 8.1 but I still do not like it as much as Windows 7 I have found that my i7 laptop runs much cooler than my ThinkPad did with the intel duo with Windows 7. And it has eight WCG tasks running simultaneously (4 times as much). I have not installed Windows 10, and I will wait until I hear more about others experience with it. |
