Every time one of my machines tries to download new work for this research, it gets a number of "Temporarily failed download" errors before finally getting the files.
Looks like communication initially occurs with 68.232.45.109 (no reverse DNS available), which always fails multiple times, before downloading occurs successfully from grid.worldcommunitygrid.org. When working on MCM tasks before/during/after the FAH2 tasks, downloads always succeed as usual. |

Downloading works fine here until it tries to download a .dms file. It says
Temprarily failed download of ... .dms: http error Then it continues to download all other files and when it finally retries downloading the .dms files, it succeeds. Cannot remember getting new WUs where downloading .dms files did not fail at first time. |

Downloading works fine here until it tries to download a .dms file. The only ones that worked first time for me were the .png and .gif files. |

Kremmen, I will need to investigate that our CDN is properly configured for these files. Our CDN was blocked by a country firewall earlier in the year which forced us to include the primary url in downloading common files. We use the CDN to help decrease our bandwidth at the main servers and speed up downloads in multiple geographies. So, what you are probably seeing is boinc trying to download from CDN, it failing, then on second attempt it goes to our main servers.
