195 is mostly a local host problem [see up in this thread]. Run just one or 2 concurrent and you hardly will see this error... I don't.

Thanks, that seems to be helping but I wouldn't want to run full production that way. worried

Only got 1. It came on a not very robust machine. AMD 9150e 1.8gz, Windows Ultra 64. I don't normally run CEP2 on this one, just not enough horsepower. MCM1 runs without a hitch.

Re: Clean Energy Project - Phase 2 Beta Feb 24, 2016 [ Issues Thread ]

Starting to get a lot of these on multiple machines with 100Gb of allocated disk space, I can't believe one work unit would require more than that. Any ideas? confused

Double check your disk and memory usage settings in BOINC. I know CEP2 tasks need more than others and I had 1 machine I forgot to up the space available setting. I didn't get the result log you showed. I just couldn't get any more tasks due to lack of space. Might also just be borked WUs. A post on the first page shows a similar error to yours.

Keith,
Any time frame on when batches E236296 and E236297 might be released?

Re: Clean Energy Project - Phase 2 Beta Feb 24, 2016 [ Issues Thread ]

[Need shaking head smiley]

"Maximum disk usage exceeded" relates to how much space allowance the techs have set for the job. You can see somewhere in one of the control files how much that is... init_data.xml

<rsc_disk_bound>2147483648.000000</rsc_disk_bound>

Which is 2000MB or so, for this round of beta tests. Don't know what the setting is in production, but guess it's the same.

Also getting the 'maximum disk usage exceeded' errors on multiple machines when task almost complete. All using Linux & SSD's.
