NEW EXPERIMENT
Experiment 3C = Virtual Screening against the NS1 protein (crystal and protein conformations from MD simulation) – site 2 Docking calculations against ZIKV NS1 protein crystal structure (PDB ID: 5k6k) and the conformations obtained from molecular dynamics simulations were performed against ZINC15 Library (30.2 million compounds). Your WU isZIKA_ 000440824_ x5wz3_ ZIKV_ NS5pol_ s1_ 0073_ 0-- that block 000440824 is the experiment number, and as that is within 421022–444551, that is where your computer is busy working. :)  |
