My computer is internet connected and working fine on other applications but continuously fails to connect to the grid server? Ideas anyone?

I'd like to know if the server is up too, same all programs work other than server connection, should be someone on to make a public post when the server or something is acting up!!!!

This problem has been reported and the techs are working on it. The proper forum for problems is the Member-to-Member Support forum and there is a thread with status updates on this already at http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=3924.
