I have a task stuck uploading for days. The transfers queue is empty. The run time suggests it's complete - I had a couple of server aborted tasks roughly at the time when it got stuck, all of which have been reported.
Update or Abort doesn't do anything, the task just sits there. Until the task passed its deadline 15 hours ago, the result page said "in progress". Now it reads "valid". Also, the message log now says "Result FAH2_.... is no longer usable". Should I delete the job folder? Yes, go ahead, if you do not think deleting that will disrupt anything else. Otherwise I would just ignore it.
